- What does spin boldak mean. I know that it is a city in Afghanistan and that it lies on the border with Pakistan. What I want to know is, "What does the phrase (word?) Spin Boldak mean?".

Spin is "white" in Pashto, but I haven't been able to discover what Boldak is.
